A
commercial/industrial cementitious system designed to provide
waterproofing and insulation with a durable wearing surface.
APPLICATION
PROCEDURE
- Sprayed-in-place
insulation - Urethane foam insulation shall be two component,
sprayable type specifically manufactured for roof insulation.
| a. |
Apply
insulation to all low, ponding areas to reduce standing water.
space |
| b. |
Spray
apply 1 " average, 2-1/2 or 3 lb. density foam over all
roof areas to seal and insulate the substrate. Insulation shall
be carried up all adjacent vertical surfaces to waterproof
roof-wall junctures.

Fluid
Applied Waterproofing
| a. |
Spray
apply modified DURAGARD acrylic elastomer over insulation at a
rate of 1-1/4 gallons per 100 square feet.
space |
| b. |
Spray
apply second application of DURAGARD acrylic elastomer at 1-1/4
gallons per 100 square feet.

| c. |
Broadcast #6 Shasta aggregate onto second fluid membrane coat.
|
Total dry
thickness of rubber membrane, exclusive of aggregate, shall be an
average of 32-34 mils.
- Protective-Reflective
Surface
| a. |
Apply polymer modified cementitious roof coating into embedded
aggregate at average 175 mils thickness to provide a tough,
reflective final surface.
